Lovely tree of life but the chain "disintegrated" almost immediately. Fortunately it dropped from my neck at home. My daughter was so ashamed as it was her birthday present to me just a week ago.
Very busy as it's almost christmas. Lots of staff attending. Jewellery was well laid out. Very clean.
Not the best queuing system (didn't seem to be one) Not enough staff. Good customer service when eventually seen.
Lovely staff, very helpful, would deffintly return again.
