P Smith building and roofing carried out a roof repair which another company did badly. Excellent work very reasonably priced. They also installed a new fence for us which is amazing. We asked for plastic fence panels and although its something they don’t usually work with went out of their way to source for us. Their work is really progressional and their service second to none. Nothing was too much trouble even when we added a few more requests to the job which we hadn’t thought of at the time. Will definitely be using this company in the future and would highly recommend them. Thank you for all your hard work in these challenging times.

Great service, re-pointed the chimney, fixed the flashing, replaced and/or reset tiles as appropriate. Efficient and friendly service. Would i recommend him to others? Yup. Peter

Needed someone reliable to fix my leaking roof ,, Patrick was highly recommended for being honest and trustworthy, as I'm a woman on my own I worry about cowboy builders . But Patrick fixed my roof first time , no extra hidden charges, cleaned up after the job around my property, and was a great price too .
