I have previously experienced issues at this particular Clarks store and found the shoes to be an ill fit for my little boy when I have taken him to another Clarks store for them to check.
However this visit was so much better they spent time making sure that the shoes fitted properly and after 2 weeks my lb has said his shoes are hurting so no need to go to another store this time.
The girl that served us was great at interaction with my lb and helping him choose what shoes he wanted she made him feel special. I'm just sorry I didn't get her name.
Went to get school shoes today, we never thought we would have to make a appointment, the manager managed to squeeze us in on the day and the staff were absolutely amazing very helpful. Will definitely return for the next pair in the future. Great service from a great manager and team 👌
30 minute wait outside to enter shop due to covid restrictions but can't be helped. Staff polite and helpful. Wasn't stressful like I thought it would be.
Arrived first thing on Wednesday morning. Only 3 staff in the store no customers. Ask if I'd made an appointment for my son. I said I didn't realise I needed one. Refused entry as I need to book appointment. I have been using Clarks for many years. Never going back to this store. I just hope they sort out some training as if they keep this up they will be joining the many unfortunate people who have lost their jobs recently
