This handy carpark is right in the city centre and attached to the Grosvenor Shopping centre. It is a little pricey but convenient.
Paying for parking was nightmare due to machine told us it cost £2.80, paid that by card as informed. But barrier did not go up and woman on machine said we owed more £5.80 (Reef parking you need someone there at carpark to deal with this!) Now attempting to call customer support. Been on hold so far 10 mins...
Very central but steep prices. Once shops closed (1700 during weekdays) it’s quite difficult to access the car park and there’s no clear markings on access points for pedestrians. Not all pay points are working so have to go to either 1st or 2nd floors. Lift not working September 2020. Just past the 2 hour mark for a couple of seconds and got charged for the full three hours.
Parking was relatively easy but paying, oh gosh that was so unnecessarily difficult! The car park doesn't have any signage directing you to or notifying you of the pay machines. So, I tried several times to pay online it just wouldn't let me. Started to feel like there was no way out...got annoyed and took me a while to located a pay machine.
