Although I was ringing about receiving an incorrect/unwanted repeat prescription the day before, the young man was really polite and helpful and knew my name immediately. The driver who delivers is also very nice, but something very wrong with systems they use there judging by the innumerable bad reviews and things I have heard. Credit where credit is due however.

I'm usually not one to complain about a service especially during covid times but my experience today was just awful. Spent all morning trying to call them. It was engaged every time. Even if there are a large number of calls surely is doesn't take three hours to get through? I had a prescription sent through three days ago and I had heard nothing. I really need the medication for the weekend, it is only 29 tablets not a big order. In the past my prescription from there (during covid and during lockdown) have always been ready on the same day it was sent, and that has been on much larger orders. The women on the phone was quite horrible to me when I simply asked how long it would be. She reluctantly put it in a queue, and told me I was holding them up and would upset other customers. I have been suffering with anxiety and depression for quite a few years now and it takes a lot for me to actually call someone. Her attitude towards me caused an anxiety attack. It really doesn't take much to be nice to someone, they seemed to use covid as an excuse to be rude to people.

Long wait in queue to ask for my prescription, then asked to wait outside in the rain while they checked to see if the medication was in stock. An elderly lady waiting outside in the rain had been waiting far longer than me, along with four or five other people! After 20 mins I gave up and went home. Definately won't be visiting this pharmacy again.

Mum has dementia career phones to say mum got no medication left try phone chemist no answer don't live in Chester drive over to be told meds been there for to weeks and woman says they been told not to deliver any more when I asked by who had no idea. Terrible service horrible unpleasant staff would not recommend to my enemy

I hate to say this but this pharmacies service is awful. The first time I went to go and get my prescription they questioned whether I needed it as they were low on stock. The second time the man was really polite that served me however I ordered a repeat prescription a week and a half ago, called the doctors and they said they hadn't received it... The phone is always engaged and it seems like a massive fight to get what you need.
