Wonderful store, came away very happy with new boots and a new jacket for the fiance. Couldn't fault their customer service and felt very safe with social distancing and hand gel in place. Looking forward to returning!
Very well stocked, and very friendly. Had exactly what we needed. A definite five stars👍
It was good to see attention to customers and we found not just what we went for but an even better alternative suggested by staff.
Excellent selection of stock, however awful customer service from one female member of staff in particular.
I went in to replace my worn-out gilet. After selecting one and browsing some of their other stock, the lady abruptly picked it up and asked 'So do you want this or not?'. It's rare these days that retail staff can afford to be pushy, given the nature of online clothing, however I was so shocked at her dreadful attitude, I took my business elsewhere.
Manners cost nothing- losing custom does.
Excellent customer service. Very helpful staff.
