Great service from Paul this weekend for some lovely black Chatsworths Chelsea boots for the winter. Paul was very friendly and knowledgeable about shoe fitting, shoe care, manufacturing processes and the Loake business model.
I did not feel rushed at all, the fitting service was great and fine tuned with inners. Whilst I was there the Loakes I arrived in were polished and re-laced, with some useful care tips thrown in. I could not recommend highly enough. Great customer service and they reward loyalty with a free pair of shoes if you purchase six with no time limit.
A superb quality product. Superb staff. Knowledgeable and friendly. I can’t praise the shoes or staff enough.
Great shopping experience aided by the very knowledgeable Paul. Came away with a very nice pair of Bedale boots which will be great for winter. Also learnt a lot about how to care for them.
