Sian the vet who dealt with my cat was absolutely excellent, incredibly helpful and friendly. She understood the situation brilliantly and listened to me. She was great and is a real asset to your team. The nurse who brought the medication out etc was lovely too, although I don’t know her name. Both vet and nurse were extremely professional and made a stressful time much easier for me to deal with. Thank you!
Excellent all round. Have been with Vets 4 Pets for 3 years and can't fault them. I was a new pet owner and they gave advice and reassurance. I have a pet plan which is great value for money. Staff always helpful and genuinely love pets and their jobs. Would gladly recommend.
The staff are so knowledgeable , caring and friendly. Ringing to explain that our puppy was ok and when we could pick her up. Brilliant after care also as she had pulled at her stitches. Thank you
This is my regular vet for my cat. The staff, whom I’ve met several of, are all caring and friendly. I’d highly recommend Vets4Pets.
They managed to fit in an appointment quickly for our cat who had just returned from being missing for three months, which we’re ever so grateful for. Overall, a very professional yet friendly service!
