Awful! Avoid! Refused service on the day I needed to borrow a car after booking, AND PAYING, online. Absolutely no explanation given, besides some nonsense jargon I doubt the person saying it understood. No sympathy for the inconvenience caused, if anything they implied it was me, the consumer's fault for not knowing their AUTOMATED verification policies and for booking late at night. Ridiculous, miserable, condescending, smug people work here. Had to spend hours on the phone trying to get a refund. They don't care about you and I believe every story online about them slapping on extra charges after customers give back cars and lying about their condition. UPDATE: Despite being promised a refund weeks ago, and following up with the email provided by the owner in the comment below, just received an email saying that they don't know what the problem was, as I was a no show, meaning they are trying to justify keeping the pre-payment. I showed up early and have an Uber receipt to prove this. Furthermore, the guys at the desk said that they would process a refund immediately, which goes to show the level of integrity you can expect from this business.

Terrible customer service , I was spending on average £800 a month with them, always acting up with the deposit sometimes you get it back other times you gotta chase it up. The female manager was a nasty nasty individual and extremely rude

Fast service. Reasonable price. I rented there twice and both got car upgrade to a better type. Good for me but someone might not like it tho.
