If I could give a 0 star I would. We paid for a Hen weekend which should have happened in April 2020 which was unfortunately and understandably Cancelled due to Covid-19. This company did not get in touch until I pushed, and they said they would not issue a refund but keep money safe to re-book. 5 months on and they have not responded to a single email, phone call and now the website is not working. They have over £1400 of my money. Trading standards advised they should have offered a full refund. This company has been reported for theft and fraud.
