Publicly I like the court as brought peace among the peoples
Rude staff, documentation does not get where it is supposed too when sent in as do documents to be sent out don't get received. Nobody ever answers the phone. They don't reply to emails at crucial times. They have even sent me personal details of a family of another case. A very cavalier system. Very biased judge's also. How these people have jobs is beyond me. Shameful.

Terrible service.
I was a defendant, the claimant never paid the court fees as stated on a letter sent to myself and the Claimant. The letter stated the case would be struck out if the fees were not paid by the date and time stated on the letter. I rang up 3 days after the date stated and again a week later, To be told no fees have been paid and the case would be struck out and the trial date will not go ahead. I was told I would have confirmation of this sent out to my home address. However no such letter arrived and I phoned the court more than twice every single day for 2 weeks, only to put through to an automated service saying "all operators ar busy".
I could not take the chance the trial would be canaclled, so I attended in the morning only to see the trial on the list.
Either the court staff are incompitant or special treatment has been given to a debt collector company to extend the payment date,I can't help but feel if I was due to pay and I was a minute too late paying it would have been struck out.
No justice for a consumer, Corporate favoured system
Case pending, the Judges vary from day to day and dont follow through from last instructions. This cause conflict in cases from one Judge to the next, the story of the UK communication problems.
