Great service always friendly.
I have a parent undergoing chemotherapy. They have telephoned several times in order to arrange a delivery of obviously essential medication. The telephone call is either never answered or they hang up an their end. I have also tried to contact them by telephone and the same has happened to me.
It is scandalous that this poor level of service is offered to those most in need.
Thank you to all the staff at what is very trying time , very friendly and professional .The frontline of the health service amongst this epidemic.

It’s ok if your friends with the counter lady otherwise your not a priority. Needs more organisation and staff training in efficiency. Even with prescriptions sent directly to them from the GP, a day or even a week before, don’t expect it to be ready and if you do call in take a sandwich or even a picnic, a book or magazine might pass the time as you could be a while. 40min wait is a current record. On the plus side it’s clean.
