Really great vets, Adrian at Thornton branch dealt with our dog Stimpy who sadly had lymphoma. He was personal and professional. Our dog lasted 8 months after diagnosis, 6 months longer than expected. They came to our house in the end to put him to sleep and were very thoughtful and understanding.

It was a sad day I had to have my dog Lucy put to sleep as she was suffering with Lymphoma & she was only 5 years old.....Her Vet Adrian who treated her was so kind & understanding & helped keep her alive an extra 3 months...I was truly gutted as she was a lovely kind dog who followed me everywhere & was a great companion...Thank you to Adrian & all the receptionists for their kindness ......

Absolutely brilliant, cannot express my gratitude enough for this vets. They looked after my storm fantastically after numerous other vets did not have the time or empathy required to deal with a customer who was clearly in a distressed state. Unfortunately I had to have my storm put down but the professionalism and sincere compassion these people, vets and reception staff showed me and my dog is commendable. Highly recommended vets who put animals before money thank you Not vets

I saw a vet called Adrian, when I took in a rescued dog. He was kind and took the time to explain everything he was doing and why. The reception staff were polite and happy and the surroundings spotless and welcoming. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking to visit a vet.

Lovely caring vets and staff my cat tiddles passed away end of jan and they sorted her creamatiin for me . Got a lovely card of them signed by all the vets and staff really touched me .she came back in a beautiful casket . My dog jeff goes there hes been goin over 3 years .he loves goin thankyou for all ur help
