I felt safe whilst there. Well spaced social distancing in reception area and seating arrangement. Staff are very pleasant efficient and helpful. My dog also enjoyed her visit for her booster vaccination. She had a very good experience last year and was eager to go in.
Vet was very good with my dog. Found the problem and explained cause and treatment very well and also the expected recovery time. Prescribed medication and told another appointment in 2 weeks with him. Very happy as we get to see the same vet next time for continuing care
Very friendly and professional staff! From my last review I gave been back with our kittens a.number of times and would go nowhere else!! The issue with the food was only a one off I am sure, I cannot recommend enough!!
An excellent building, plenty of space and houses wonderful, caring staff. So glad I changed vets to here. Couldn't ask for better support.
Covid safe. Staff showed empathy. Vet calm & had a good bedside manner as always.
