As always very professional had to wait about 15 minutes for staff to come and get my dog but didn't mind waiting they have a good system working there in this current climate

Reception very helpful and friendly however the male vet I saw was ruff with my cat. As I opened her box he forced his hand in and pulled her out backwards, her collar came off and he handfisted it back on braking it in doing so. Seemed more interested in trying to sell me extras. Only had to use this vet once, which was out of my control and will be glad to not return. Poor.

Brilliant nice that they have separate places for cats away from the dog's. Less stressful all round for the animals
