Very professional service. All vans appeared to be in good condition unlike some hire firms. Out of hours drop off is a huge benefit if you have other commitments like i did. Would definitely use again.

Hired a van for the weekend to move house, great service from start to finish. Booking was easy with one simple friendly phone call, I arrived slightly early to pick up the van but no problem at all, I was greeted quickly and the hiring process was swift and friendly. Good price for the whole weekend hire with great flexibility as to when and how to return. Equally returning process was easy, always greeted by quick and friendly staff. What a team. Would hire again if needed in the future. Thank you

Can't fault this firm in anyway possible from start to finish the whole process was painless and professional the staff are really nice to deal with and vehicles are cheaper to rent than anywhere I've rented in the past... And the low low deposit makes this my go to place for hire every time from now on.... Keep up the good work guys....

I have used this company in the past with no issues however they might seem friendly at first but if you have any issues with their vehicles all of that changes!! I hired a transit van on 90k miles which lost power on the motorway and was limping at 15mph, the AA were called but after numerous failed attempts I finally got towed back to Mansfield arriving for 5pm, 6-1/2 HOURS LATER. After losing a days work/pay they still wanted me to pay for the WHOLE day's rental as well, when I said no they advised that "I rent from elsewhere in the future" which clearly I would never use them ever again anyway! I was also advised by them that if the vehicle can not be repaired "just to limp back" on the motorway at 15mph from Birmingham. This is clearly not safe and something I could be fined for. I appreciate vehicles break down from time to time but to still charge me a whole day for not using the vehicle is shocking!!! AFTER SITTING ROAD SIDE WITH THEIR VEHICLE ALL DAY. I was not asking for any compensation of loss of earnings, merely just to not pay for what I didn't use. Do not be fooled by them.
