Excellent, professional service. I can honestly say the whole process is quick and efficient with no hidden extras. The staff are extremely courteous and friendly. I have used Enterprise several times now and will continue to do so.

Where do I start? From the first phone call I received to the return I have nothing but praise for this incredible team. After being involved in an accident, this company and team have treated me with first class customer service and all I can say is I’ve been blown away. Initially taking a phone call from the branch manager, a really nice professional gentleman, to collecting the car at the office and being show around by Jessie, I was blown away by the atmosphere in the branch. Clearly a bunch of people who love there job and work well together and it looks like such a fun place to work. Covid safe, cleanliness of cars and options too, they have turned a terrible situation into such a pleasant one. I will be recommending these guys to all my friends and family. Loved how much they care about service even with a follow up call from the manager. I have had cars from enterprise before but this really was top drawer. 10/10, I will be back and keep up the excellent work. Gemma and squires family.
