Very prompt call to arrange pick up of car. Very pleasant customer service. And once off hired dropped of to my house. And a pleasant courtesy call to finish the whole hire. Well worth it
Arrived at Cardiff Airport Enterprise office a bit weary after 15 hours of travel and we’re kindly greeted by Ryan at the desk. Can’t say enough about how patient and helpful Ryan was as we sorted our rental details. He was efficient, knowledgeable and above all, a really nice person. Probably the best service we’ve ever experienced at a car rental office! Thanks, Ryan... you made the start of our trip really pleasant.
Excellent experience.Ryan was very helpful as were other staff.They open on certain days at 06.00 which is great for an early flight.Car was good value for money but only because I booked through an agency , Novacar hire, the direct price was more than 3 times more so it pays to shop around.Will use them again
