Favourite place to go as a family for picnics and walks. Booking required during covid. Staff always nice.
Great day out for young and old. Great for all weather.
Very good though spaces are a bit narrow and there aren't enough parent and child spaces - only about eight and they should be nearer the entrance because one has to go through parked cars with a pushchair and the normal spaces are too close together to get a pushchair in-between
Have always enjoyed visiting..... it's a bit strange currently as most of the buildings are closed (Covid), but the grounds are as interesting, relaxing, and beautiful as ever.
As always made welcome. Gardens better than expected Good obeyance of covid rules
