A really good company to deal with. Honest, reliable and a good service throughout the whole process of buying my new bathroom. I will be using them again in and would recommend them anyone. I much preferred visiting a showroom and having face to face personal service compared with buying online. Gemma handled my order from start to finish and really helped me narrow down what I was looking for, alongside giving me advice on things I would have completely overlooked had I used an online retailer. Aftersales service was also spot on, with me finding a manufacturing defect in my ceramic basin. I contacted Gemma who arranged for a replacement from the manufacturer within a few days.

A great company to deal with! You are made to feel welcome, lots of product on display, very helpful with guiding you to the best suited products and even provided juice, biscuits & colouring for our youngster. Their after sales support it also not to be forgotten. Many companies will wash their hands of you once they have the sale, but not Shuffs! Highly recommended!
