A magnificent cathedral hidden away in a quiet area of Cardiff. Well worth a visit and lots of pubs nearby. There is a convenient little car park too and good walks along the river nearby
Historic Cathedral that overlooks Cardiff set in beautiful grounds with walls around the riuns of the bell tower and Bishop's Palace nearby. The bell chmes the hours across the University fields and trails along the Taff.
Inside there is a mixture of modern and old within a prayerful setting.
An imposing place of peace and sanctuary for reflection. Much needed in these times to help with wellbeing and resilience. Located close to walking trails and parkland allowing both physical and spiritual exercise.
Beautiful, but such a shame to see so much of the old grave yard totally overgrown and unloved. Also all the walkways very difficult to walk as so muddy. Why can't they just gravel the walkways?

Peaceful retreat hidden in the dip. Historic venue. Bishop's palace.
WWII parachuted landmine impact story & relic. Anyone who feels troubled of mind should come away after sitting on the benches provided in an area of trees on grass. Notice the very ancient still standing oak portal gates. Don't forget to call in to Jaspers for coffee & ... Very friendly efficient girls who put your choice of ingrediants together for a take away.
