Well I can only say how sad and disappointed I am! I explained the different aspects of what I wanted on my daughters 30th birthday cake only to collect it with 1 main theme I took it home and had another look at it send a picture to my husband and other daughter who both said oh!!!what a disappointment I rang the shop to be too I should have said something when I picked it up!! I appreciate its a difficult thing to get right but I thought the way she was talking to me when I explained what I wanted she understood! I was so stressed about it but thought nothing I can do now just accept it!! On!y to cut into it to find a overbaked dry sponge extremely sweet buttercream and icing around the sides that just fall off!! Its such a shazme because I haves used this company before but won't be using them again Regretfully Rose
