GAVIN AND STACEY HOUSE CLOSED FROM THE PUBLIC. My good friend glenda Kenyon who owns the gavin and stacey house has called me today to tell the public that people will not be allowed inside the house at present due to the Corona virus new rules and lockdown. You can still take pics outside and near the door but not to knock the door for a tour until further notice. Glenda Kenyon the house owner has asked for me to write this and let you know. The house will allow the public to enter when glenda says it's ok.Take care and stay safe.
Must-do for fans! Neighbours v patient and accommodating as steady stream of people pass through to get photos, so please maintain goodwill by parking sensibly, away from this little street and approach on foot. You're guaranteed to meet other fans so a tidy little adventure bound to be had!
Want able to visit when we went due to covid obviously. But seen the sign to say the lady is reopening it this month. I have to give her credit for this. Not many would want people looking around their home. Its great that its been left the exact same way too.
Make sure that you have good brakes because steep hill going up to view house.
We didnt meet the owner, however you could tell what an amazing person she is! She had all memorabilia in the window and was happy for people to snap some photos. Word of warning though, the road is HELLA steep!! My poor car couldn't make it 😆
