A member of staff refused to serve anybody even if just plasters, as Pharmacist had gone to Tesco's for lunch. Said to wait 5 mins, but wasn't back after an hour. People walking out after told it was a 2 hours wait for a prescription. Always out of stock of certain items like co-codomol, but Boots have it every time. They make out it's a temp situation, but when I pointed out it's been months with none, assistant got shirty. Also, shop often has large deliveries on shop floor you have to weave around, and products scattered on floor. This is my local chemist, a quick walk, but I actively avoid now. I drive into town to Boots! Inconvenient, completely out of my way, but at least I get perfect service.
Found staff very good and always try to get prescriptions ready with 20 minutes

Worst pharmacy in Barry ! Take far too long to dispense prescriptions. Never have the medication in stock. Go somewhere else!
