WARNING! be very cautious if you choose to use the pharmacy (I know its convenient because of its location) but I have been given the wrong drugs to what my prescription says, I have been lied to about when they received prescriptions from the doctors. I could go on but I think once it gets to this stage you should get the picture. other reviews pretty much reflect my views too. To add insult to injury I have never been apologised to in fact told to keep my views to myself and keep quiet! very rude and lacking ability to look at themselves and the service they are supposed to be offering. BE CAREFULL.
I have the same repeat prescription every month , I always phone before collecting , but everytime they have failed either to find the prescription or have not processed it when I turn up to collect. Very poor efficiency !!!!
considering the busy times and queues out the door, staff were amazing and provided excellent service.
Similar experiences to other reviewers: long wait time for meds and then meds incomplete / incorrect. Rude staff who are quick to accuse the patient of errors they have made. They 'lost' half a month's worth of medication owed to me once and then when I rang to ask when I would receive it accused me of having it already (it wasn't anything that would be of use to anyone recreationally, for those wondering). Awful service, they're only kept in business because they're attached to West Quay. Advice for anyone who goes there: carefully check your meds before you leave the building, once you've gone you're pretty much on your own. Disgusted.
This is for the west Quary surgery.. I found out for some reason they Mysteriously lost my Repeat Prescription, when it was put into together with my sons and only found one.. The woman was very rude she informed me I had to wait outside for an hour as she informed as she could not Disturb the DR..... I find the Surgery it has the most Rude Reception staff they all need to go on a course and to be learnt how to treat Patients in Respect.... So now I got to return back next week for The Repeat Prescriptions.....
