Consular Section of the Embassy of Poland

As many other people I was VERY sceptical about the service I may receive there. I was super surprised how helpful the staff was there. We initially went to POSK for our sons passport but the document needed for his passport was awaiting collection at this embassy. POSK gave us a note for the staff at the Embassy and there was no problem. We were really helped from the security guards all the way through to the actual appointment and during this. It's important to remember, that people who work there are also PEOPLE and of we treat them well and with manners there's no reason why they shouldn't be kind to us. It definitely tought me NOT to stereotype and make assumptions. Thank you so much for your lovely service !

Massive improvement since our last visit few years ago. Helpful staff, not only we were allowed in 20 mins before appointment, 2 applications sorted within very reasonable time less than 1 hour! Many thanks!! It pays off to prepare for the visit, lots of info available online

Register online for appointment, take documents what you need and don't be late. You will be fine. Staff very friendly and helpful.

It was really difficult to book an appointment online for passport renewal. It took me 3 months of regularly checking the website every single day and trying to book the visit. Once booked, though, the visit was very pleasant and straightforward. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment, my appointment was on time and I didn't spend more than 20 minutes inside. My passport was sent by post and it arrived 2 days before the due date given to me by the consulate. Overall, a good experience.
