This provider is awful. Quick talking and incompent. Cash only fly by nights.They came to repair my guttering and made it worse. Steve talked his way into an extra job pointing the chimeny and spilt cement on my solar panels. They tried to repair the guttering again and created two significant leaks instead of one. I have tried to complain reasonably and have been ignored by both people I have spoken to. Please do not use R L Roofing. I will be contacting their advertisers to complain, nobody deserves these people.

With a heavy heart i write this negative review, due to the fsct that I was very happy with the work being carried out on my property. Unfortunately The workmen forgot to do the guttering down one side of the house. Therefore they needed to return to complete the job on which they had quoted for AND received FULL payment for. When it was time for the owner of the company to go home, (early afternoon) I pointed out that the guttering wasnt straight and enquired if anything could be done to rectify it. The proprietor of the company became totally unprofessional and started screaming and shouting at myself. As a woman on my own, I was totally taken aback by such aggressive behaviour. I was told that I had received too much from him, he hasn't made much money from the job (a job that he himself had measured up for and quoted!!) and he wouldn't be returning ! I suggest people be very wary of this man and suggest payment be made and at the completion of any work carried out. The proprietor  of this business can be very charming but turns very nasty at the click of your finger. My suggestion to the said man is that the customer is paying for the work? So their input Does matter.

Very Rude & Aggressive & Never gives a specific time of the day on when he is coming, then suddenly turn up and threatening behaviour, scream and shout demanding petrol money for quotation of work that wasn't informed beforehand. Avoid this male trader Rob Layton!
