Very happy with the work. Had new tiled roof, resurfaced flat roof and Joist repair - Very friendly and very good at keeping me informed. Tidied up very nicely as well. Some time delay due to the weather (cannot resurface flat roof in the wet) so not their fault, and again, informed throughout, turning up in person to update me even on days they could not work
The team were hard working and thorough
They kept us informed every day sending photos as the work progressed. They worked extremely long days mostly finishing at 7pm
The weather was terrible but they worked through it
We were very nervous as we had never used anyone from check a trade, but we were hugely impressed and would recommend them
They cleaned up at the end and removed all the rubbish
They were very polite and always took time to talk to us
I had no problem ringing or texting and getting a response
we will use them again for further work that will be needed later next year
