Have been bringing my cat and dog here since it was opened. Sylvia and the team are fantastic. They remember all their animals by name and always do their best to make the animals feel happy and secure. Reception staff are amazing too. Jennie in particular is a favourite!

Last Saturday we had to make the very hard decision to put our beloved Boxer Stevie to sleep. Sylvia and her staff were so very caring and compassionate. I cannot tell you how hard it was, yet Sylvia made it that little bit easier. And this morning I had a card from them! I really cannot thank them enough and would recommend Sylvia and the team to anyone x

I have been taking my dogs there for years but every time I went one of the vets was constantly looking for something wrong with my One dog as the breed is prone to problems then told because I didn’t have insurance that she wouldn’t be insured anyway, then I took second dog to be neutered within half an hour after his op they phoned me to pick him up and said that he wasn’t settling I later found out that the reason they told me to pick him up was he had diarrhoea he came home spaced out wobbly and sick and then told me he had infection and we could of sorted his face out Under the anaesthetic and give him a little face lift so it would stop the infection from recurring but we didn’t But if you want that done it will be 500 from my experience they are all for the money and not compassionate about pets if you have money they will be your best friend as they will charge you for check ups each time you have to go and because I challenge it said to me if you haven’t got money go to pdsa! Not a vet that I thought would treat animals

Firstly the social distancing aspect had been well thought out to ensure the safety of all concerned. The both receptionists were pleasant and friendly and explained about the pet plan. The vet was very professional but ensured that she put my pet at ease before administering the vaccination. She obviously adores animals :). She also answered all of my questions.
