What an absolute hidden gem. We really enjoyed our visit to the beautiful little team room. Fabulous value for money. The owner is so chatty and friendly and really engaged with our children. Our toastie was hugeee! We took out cupcakes and scones which were also delicious. I would highly recommend!

Went inside since it looked cute from the outside but the place was pitch dark as soon as we went in. So I thought that was a bit weird or maybe they had electrical problems- who knows but I do remember we were greeted with no welcome, just a stern "I need you to sanitize your hands," by some lady sat on a table. We stood awkwardly as nobody spoke to us and went to the till asking for their selections of teas. Upon asking, the lady on the table rudely told the poor young lady who was on the till to "tell them what we've got" as if she was all high and mighty. All their teas are store bought, which is unfortunate but true as my boyfriend got earl grey and he didnt really like it. I suppose their cakes are probably what makes this place have good reviews, but it seemed like they didnt have any nor were we offered any. We didn't have a great experience so we won't be returning, but that's fine as there are other nicer teashops around anyway.

Absolutely a fab little cafe. We ordered afternoon tea - sandwiches made fresh, accommodated for all our tastes including my 3 year old. Friendly staff and wonderful to see a family run business - (we were introduced to all of them). Lots of desserts too. We were all left bellys' full, and boxed up with extras. Would definitely recommend this place.

The fresh cakes are fantastic as are the sandwiches which come with lots of sides on the plate. Great customer service, great with children and a friendly atmosphere. Can highly recommend . Thank you

Came for a cup of tea and dinner with my husband. Soup was lovely and large array of tea choices. Lovely homemade cakes. The shop is definitely unique and unusual, if only it was a little bit bigger!. If you like to support family run businesses this is one for you. Toilets on site and seats outside for the summer months. I believe they run children's cake decorating parties and small family get togethers. These were highly recommended from a friend.(afternoon teas and buffet options are offered). We will return x
