You only know how good your insurance company is when you actually need them. After 6 years of paying in i had a non fault Watkin Davies dealt with it by selling my details on illegally and failing to claim a single penny of my out of pocket expenses. Sue Grant is a joke Happy to lie and falsify statements. They then had the check to up my insurance by 74%. Avoid like the plague they're a bunch of low life cowboys profiteering from the illegal sale of your personal details.

Watkin davies are great ppl but they use a claims management company called msl which are absolutly hopeless do not deal with complaints properly and when you decide you dont want to use them they harass you trying to get you to continue to use them unfortunatly when i spoke to a man at watkin davies he got pretty rude and it really felt like he sided with msl over his own client sadly i wont be using watkin davies again and would urge others not to aswell
