Travelled half hour to look at rings that we pre-called to check they had, was told on the phone they had lots in the safe. When we arrived the lady was incredible unhelpful and could not be bothered to even look in the same. You try to support local but some are just not worth the bother.

My 86 year old mum needed to have a ring cut off due to her hands and fingers swelling up a lot, literally overnight. With no diagnosis and therefore treatment appearing to be imminent we took the cautious approach and decided to have the ring cut off. It was done, totally painlessly, in seconds. So glad I decided to check to see if they offered this as a service before heading to A&E.
Went to get a wide band wedding ring reduced in width and he did a great job. Well-fitting, shiny ring returned. Really pleased.
