I've rented vehicles quite a number of times, in roughly a dozen countries, and Budget car hire in Cardiff has consistently provided the best service of any car rental agency I've used. Their pre-inspections are far more accurate than most, the staff are impressively welcoming, friendly, and accommodating, and even budget vehicles are provided in a meticulously cleaned and maintained state. Rent here!

Worst rental company the stuff are not taking care on the customers, entering the times in different methods so they charge you more days price.
Excellent service, very friendly staff. We booked for three days and were very happy with them. Even got the car upgraded for free.
I've a booking starting today. I arrived precisely at 6.00pm. The staff members were in theirs cars but had not left the car park right in front of the entrance door. They saw us arriving. While my friend was driving, I called the agency and was on hold with a message saying "you're the next call to be answered" from 5.30pm and waited for my call to be answered to no avail. It does not start well. Let see how it goes... will be posting another review.
