I would give zero stars but could only give one. They take your money and don't do their job. Shamina Khatun does not respond to emails. the receptionists can't speak English. I paid them £1150 and was unhappy with their service so withdrew my file but they didn't even write my cover letter! I paid 1150 for them to fill up a simple application form that my 10 year old niece could do herself...once I cleared my payment and took my file off them I submitted my application myself with the evidence and my own cover letter. my BRP was sent to their address and when they handed it to me they didn't hand me an envelope, they OPENED my letter and just gave me the card and the letter inside. Totally unprofessional. You don't open a letter without someone's permission, especially when they're not your client and you didn't submit their application...Will be complaining to their head office.

DO NOT USE THEM, RUDE PEOPLE NO EXPERIENCE, THEY HAVE WASTE MY 2 YEARS ABOUT MY WIFE SPOUSE VISA, TOOK 2000 POUND, THEY PUT ME IN SORROW, GAVE ALL WRONG ADVISE SO THEY CAN MAKE MONEY, THEY ARE SCUMBAGS, DONT BE FOOL BY THE LADY WITH HIJAB, THE ARE LIERS.MY REVIEW IS ABSOLUTE TRUE, NO CUSTOMER CARE, CARELESS WORK!! Please do not give this anymore money, all off their branches are the same.

DO NOT USE THEM even if they were the only solicitors in the world. Useless and not friendly at all. Not sure if they actually qualified to be solicitors. Just a bunch of money grabbing low life scumbags. Im giving 1 star because its not allowing me to put zero star.
