Just wanted to say a big 'thank you' to Steven Long and his excellent team, for the highly professional and extremely sensitive way they handled my Mum's cremation. Nothing was too much trouble and Steven in particular, was gracious throughout and at pains to take me through everything beforehand, so I had nothing to worry about; and was in no doubt about the very capable hands I was being placed in. And whilst it was more of a routine to Steven, I was made to feel like we were special guests. All of the others who attended the cremation were equally impressed. So thank you again Steven and team, for a job very well done.

Just wanted to say thankyou so much to Angela and her colleagues for making the arrangements of Dads funeral so easy and respectful The way you explained everything,  your patience and most importantly care of dad and our family was exemplary We couldn't have asked for anything more. The day of the funeral ran smoothly and we didn't have to worry about anything. Very professional.

We just wanted to write to you to say how very grateful we are to all of you for the excellent care that you took of our mum and also of the wider family. You thought of everything, and handled everything gently and sensitively. Whilst it was a very sad day, we have the comfort that mum’s final send off was a lovely moment for us to remember.

Cole’s Funeral Directors were professional, courteous and kind in all of our dealings with them. They dealt swiftly with our questions and promptly made changes that we asked for. The funeral itself went without a hitch. The funeral cars were immaculate. Can’t fault the service we received. It’s an awful thing to have to deal with the death of a loved one but Coles made it as easy as it could ever be. This is the second time that we have used Coles and it may not be the last!
