SHOCKING. I ordered A Stagg ABS-LP2 Les Paul case on line and a poorer quality Rocktronix case (Manufactured in 2011) turned up. When I rang to query this I was told it was a Stagg ABS-LP2 which it clearly wasn't but if I didn't like it they would collect it. Having waited in for it to be delivered I wasn't waiting in for it to be collected. I was told they had no Stagg cases in stock but they were still on their website but now at a higher price. Silly me, I thought when I rang they would apologise and swap it for the correct item.
Lots of choice and friendly service
Bought my first guitar here years ago. Friendly, helpful, patient. Spent over an hour with me. Been back numerous times. Always positive.
Nothing but frustrating experiences here. Staff are extremely miserable, especially the older lady. Took a saxophone to be repaired and heard nothing from them for over a week so I decided to phone them, where they informed me it was "probably still in repair". Went in the next day only to be told it was ready??? Like what the hell guys??? When were you guys planning on telling me??? To top it all off, I was given the wrong address when I decided to go and pick it up from the repair man myself.
Truly a shame, because they have good stock usually. 2 stars, but if it wasn't for the stock an easy 1 star.
This was my first port of call when looking to purchase a ukulele last week, unfortunately a poor selection combined with bad service and unfriendly staff. Purchased elsewhere where the service was much better so won't returning here.
