Great customer services. Lots of product options to choose and buy. They are quick on deliveries and changed a faulty item within a day. Live online chat on their website is on point and useful.
fantastic social distancing measures. They sacrificed the use of retail space to maximise social distancing ability for the customers. Staff very well trained and enforce social distancing rules
Very good customer service, nice staff
It's an Argos but unlike the one in town centre this is near Cardiff bay. I suspect percentage of staff may be lesser than those found in Cardiff town centre. Anyway was happy with my phone which was made in factory by children in China. They should feel proud and not attempt suicide.
Gave us one part of a two part chair and now they’re saying we have to go all the way to Cardiff 20ish miles to return it. There’s a store much nearer but they won’t entertain that.
