Before this pandemic we've had no problem but the attitude on one of the employees towards my mother just then was absolutely disgusting. My mum had phoned to have tablets delivered as no one can collect as we are all stuck home, as my mum got cancer and is going through chemo. After asking for all tablets to be ordered together, the response she got was "you do realise you're taking this from someone else vulnerable" with a stinking attitude. My mum already has enough on her plate and dont need that attitude. She made my mum really emotional, made her actually cry. The woman we spoke to was Amy Reese. She really needs to work on her attitude and the pharmacy needs someone else on the phone.
Friendly and helpful never had a problem with them. Delivery available within communitie he is also friendly and polite.
