What an amazing vet practice! We have been registered at a vets in Cardiff for the last 5 years. During lockdown and even now our vets are emergency only and back in May. we had a very poorly dog. As it was not considered and emergency our vets would not see him. We called Park Vets after reading such good reviews and they were beyond helpful. They offered an appointment the very next day. We were greeted by a lovely vet in the car park, she was very professional and took our dog into the practice whilst we waited in the car. Everything was explained so well, and our dog was treated and has since made a full recovery. It was such a strressful time during lockdown having the dog so unwell was such an added stress. But we thank Park for being so well organised and helpful, even during a golbal pandemic!!! We have now changed our vets permanently to be with Park.

Best vets ever been using them for over 38 years with 3 dogs and they have always treated my pets with such care and really make my pets feel at ease and nothing is ever too much trouble for them. Best service best advice, Would never consider using any other vets.

Been coming here for years! Highly recommended Friendly staff who are kind and knowledgeable. Great system in place while coronavirus is an issue! Well done!

Park vets told me my cat would need an operation in order to remove plaque from her teeth. Went to pdsa (who don’t work for profit) and they simply advised I give her the product Plaque Off with her food and she’s been fine since. No dangerous anaesthesia needed. During lockdown, I’d booked her here again for her jabs as the pdsa were only open for emergencies. I was told they were open bank holiday and booked an appointment. They rang the Friday beforehand and told me they were only open that day for emergencies and I’d have to rearrange. I booked this appointment well in advance and work full time so this was my only opportunity. Incredibly unprofessional. Would not recommend this vets practice at all.

If I were to ever recommend a vets especially for a dog, I would 110% recommend this one. As a family we experienced one of the worst times of our lives last month and Park Vets with all the staff involved handled our situation with a great amount of care and consideration. Each member of staff, veterinary nurses included, that we encountered were lovely. They look after you as well as your beloved animal and they aren't afraid to give you a hug when you need one. As soon as you walk in there is a great sense of friendliness. You can tell that each person working there actually loves animals and gives each animal whether it be cat or dog that walks into their practice a lot of fuss and love. The practice is separated into two parts, one side for dogs and the other for cats which is ideal and prevents stress. As a practice, from the service we received it is quite telling that they are there to do their best for your pet and anything money related can wait. Unfortunately we were only involved with this practice because our dog became drastically ill very quickly and luckily there was a heart specialist at Park Vets at the time we needed one. If we had known, I would have liked Ruby to have been registered here from the beginning because during the time we were there they were faultless and only had her best interests at heart. Thank you again for all you did to help Ruby when she needed it, and the care and consideration you all showed.
