First time I've used this company and have no compulsion to go elsewhere in the future. A two day lead time on coming out to repair my washer. The engineer rang 20 minutes before arriving within the agreed time. Stocked replacement parts meant the fix was done within thirty minutes and payment was taken by card. What more could I ask for.

Carl tried his best to fix our Zanussi fridge freezer. This was more by trial and error as to which part to change instead of actually testing various components. Because of this we were without a fridge freezer for 8 weeks in the run up to Christmas, as it takes a loooong time for some parts to come in. When the going got tough and Carl couldn't figure out what else to change, he didn't reply to my messages anymore. I really wish we'd just bought a new fridge freezer in the first place. As it stands, everything we spent with EAS was a complete waste of money. I strongly advise anyone in this situation to just buy a new one unless it's something completely trivial wrong with your appliance. Sorry to leave a bad review Carl, but you totally messed up, left us high and dry without a working unit and didn't even offer us a refund.
