We recently bought a cascade and two bridesmaids bouquets for our wedding on 8th Aug and were overwhelmed by the quality of service provided and also the beautiful flowers. They were ready for collection at 7.30 am on the wedding day and looked absolutely stunning in the wedding photos. They looked fresh for the entire day/evening. We would highly recommend. A big thank you to Rosanna's from Jez & Patricia.
Great service and superbly arranged flowers, every time.
I received some beautiful looking flowers as a leaving gift. A mix of roses , carnations, lilys and more. I took them out of the bag and box the same day and put in a vase.
The roses died the next day. The rest started wilting within a few days and leaves were dropping everywhere.
All in the bin a week in. Very disappointing.
Absolutely rude and disgusting customer service. The lady I spoke to, Claire who I believe owns the shop, said to me 'order or go, I'm busy'. I've ordered flowers from this shop for a number of years and I get that they are busy at this time of the year but if they can't handle the pressure then they need to hire more staff, simple. Rather give my money to a business that appreciates loyalty
Visited this shop today to blow some balloons up she wanted to charge me £20 pounds for 2 small balloons horrific price (shame on you!) What happened to supporting local High Street shops just a total rip off
