From my initial contact through to the completion of sale the whole team at Mr Homes have been amazing. Their experience and advice through the process has been invaluable. The tailored mortgage advice was outstanding and the communication from the recommended conveyance solicitor has been excellent. I have also found a property on their website and have had the same level of customer service and commitment with the purchase process. I would definitely recommend them.

If you’re pretty busy and need a reliable and trusted agent to sell your property, please DON’T waste your time with Mr Homes. Else your emails to them may go into black holes and other items discussed not documented and acted upon. Just find someone who will look after you as the seller and won’t waste your time and energy.

Don't need to write a review as i echo all of the other reviews below. Not responsive, pay a lot of money for a poor service. I will say though that the office team are really friendly.

Just viewed a house with Mr Homes. Was left standing outside in the rain for 15 mins past our appointment. Agent clearly has no regard for COVID-secure viewings. Windows all closed, no sign of masks, gloves or hand sanitiser despite us being told they were compulsory, and kept trying to stand closer than 2m despite our best efforts to keep our distance. Did not feel at all safe.

I decided to instruct Mr Homes to sell my house in Caerau just before lockdown.Gina Rees, Sales Manager held an open afternoon and the response from potential buyers was astonishing. Gina was successful in achieving the best possible price for my property. Moreover, through out the selling process, whenever I sent an email to enquire about progress, Gina replied promptly at any time of the day and was always more than willing to offer any advice regarding the suitability of making a new potential purchase. I would be more than happy to instruct Mr Homes in the future.
