We couldn't be any happier with Peter Alan (Victoria Park) and how amazing they were at helping us sell our house. Above and beyond what I was expecting from any estate agent! Charlotte was absolutely brilliant from day one in valuing our house and was able to get it to sell for 20k more than had we gone with a different estate agent! She took a genuine interest in the house and was more committed and professional than previous people we'd used - night and day! Peter Alan made everything so easy for us by helping out at literally every stage of the selling process and completely took all the stress away. We can't thank them enough really. I wouldn't hesitate to use Peter Alan again and highly recommend!

I recently bought a house in Cardiff which was being sold by Peter Alan. From the first contact with Heather (who showed me the property), the exciting phone-calls with Charlotte when I made the offer, and then dealing with Carys, the sales progressor, I was totally impressed by this team's friendliness, efficiency and attention to detail. Oh, and I should mention their patience, because I did get a bit anxious at times! I haven't put anything about "good value" because, as a buyer, I wasn't paying for their wonderful services. I dealt with Peter Alan Victoria Park branch for the sale of my house in Fairwater, Cardiff. It was my first time with Peter Alan, but I would definitely use them again. I knew Heather Ball from a previous agents (whose service went incredibly downhill when she left) I was delighted to work with Heather again as she is incredibly professional, reliable and efficient. I live in Ireland, so selling a house back in Wales, whilst I was not there and could not travel back (particularly with the pandemic) was stressful, so knowing it was in trusted hands with Heather made a real difference and it sold amazingly quickly despite the timing challenges with lockdown. Thank you Heather and Peter Alan, I really appreciate all your efforts.
