Shocking service, unprofessional (Rachel), non-responsive (only get an answer when money is involved), modified my contract AFTER SIGNATURE, made me pay for professional cleaning and nobody even did the inventory, had to pay 360£ for changing a name on a contract, made me wait 3 weeks for my boiler to be fixed during winter. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST.

Olivia Louise Ltd Estate Agents in Canton‼️ Not only have they entered my flat without my say so when I have been at my mums during lockdown and being in hospital....they have also removed my personal belongings and property such as my sofa, money, clothes, shoes, perfumes, televisions, photographs, important documents and most PRICELESS OF ALL‼️ my deceased brothers items 💔💔 They have blamed it solely on the landlord but they fail to realize that they are the landlord acting upon the owner of the property so they are held accountable. They claim to be registered with the PRS on their website which is a lie as I have spoken to them and the TPO, they are not registered with any regress scheme! The landlord has also been reported to Rent Smart Wales as they have illegally broken into the property and stolen my whole life! And they are still yet to explain where my property is❗️ To top this off they changed the locks too‼️ I was due to vacate on April 30th but due to the COVID 19 pandemic they extended it in writing until today June 30th 2020❗️ So they have gone and done all of this whilst I was still legally a tenant‼️😞 They have also lied to the DPS that I owe them £3,000 rent arrears which is incorrect and they are now trying to withhold my deposit for the flat also💔 South Wales Police have stated I shouldn’t even be leaving the flat right now regardless as the law states during the COVID 19 pandemic landlords and agents CANNOT make any tenant homeless‼️ I am battling a stage 4 disease and this is the last thing I needed right now💔💔💔💔 Olivia Louise Ltd you have broken multiple laws and regulations ❌ YOU WILL SEE ME IN COURT‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

I was in Cardiff for just one week to find a flat for a research stay, which is not too much time. Rachel and her team were quite professional and arranged two viewing appointments even on short term. During these appointments I felt well and professionally advised. Even when I finally chose a flat closer to may workplace, I appreciate these efforts. Thanks a lot! André

Highly disappointed with the service from Rachel and her team. Cancelled appointment 10min before. Once rescheduled on the day of the appointment I get to here an offer from another party has been accepted. I didn't get any phone call or an email. What a waste of time ****highly disappointed and unprofessional service**** I am actively looking for investment property however I am going to avoide Olivia estate agents.
