Impeccable service from Fern at this branch. She was professional throughout the process, polite and friendly. She valued my property mid morning. By 5pm the same day, the property had been marketed online, a viewing had taken place AND let agreed. My go to agent! Thanks very much for all your help.

Charlie Todd! What can I say!! From the first phone call to the last & the multiple emails, you have been fantastic. We are currently looking for a house & I have spoken to so many estate agents, majority have been quite moody and not the best!.. I cant thank you enough so far for the level of service and the way in which you have handled our multiple questions. You have gone above & beyond & I am very grateful. Definetely awful estate agents. They are brilliant just before signing the tenancy agreement but do absolutely nothing after that. I had to wait three weeks in winter to get the boiler repaired. I called them multiple times to ask them to get in contact with the building manager to have a copy of the key of the bike storage but they did nothing. I called them in May to ask to renew the tenancy and I haven't heard anything. Most of the time they don't answer to the phone or if they answer they will say you "I don't have this information at the moment and I will ring you back once I have it". In mid-June I called them and I asked to have information about the notice the landlord has to give me to end the tenancy. Guess what? They answered "I don't have this information at the moment and I will ring you back once I have it" (shocking! You are a letting agent and you don't know this?"). In any case, I am still waiting for them to call me back. I guess they are still looking for this information. Thanks God there are website that can do the job better than them!
