Really positive experience of using Hern & Crabtree to let our apartment in Cardiff. Great advice throughout. Proactive and personable team. Excellent communication. Rapid response to questions and queries. Happy tenants. Our place was put on the market at 6pm one day and was let by 3pm the next day on more than one occasion. I've moved place numerous amounts of times, and nothing has been as simple, efficient and as good as dealing with Hern and Crabtree. Moving was simple, quick and they also care about their clients and equally about tenants—this is always something that's hard to manage. I'm really thankful for Adele, she's been wonderful with details and really looked out for me as a tenant. Lance was great and got me through the paperwork super quickly! I am massive fans of the team! Highly recommend!

Pleasant, professional and persistent! Lance and Adele have been really straightforward to deal with and have the essential quality of following stuff through until completed or dealt with. Not long exchanged and completed a house sale on behalf of my father. Spoke to a few people within H&C... I initially made contact with Jane (Heath) where I registered the intent to sell. Jane was very reassuring but absolutely not pushy or a sales pitch robot. Jane took all the details and she talked me through the process and provided plenty of helpful advice. Craig (Pontcanna) then valued the property and prepared the property particulars ready for marketing, he was very aware of the desired timelines which were achieved. Finally Annie (Pontcanna) who (IIRC!) undertook the viewings and kept me up to date with feedback and interested buyers. We decided to use the recommended solicitors (thanks Craig Emoji) and this ensured the sale transaction was as smooth as possible. All H&C personnel were very customer focused, very professional yet friendly and extremely approachable. Huge thanks to all of you. I have absolutely no hesitation to recommend or use you again in the future.
