Moginie James are a friendly and professional estate agents. We first contacted them with the intention to let our flat, but when that fell through they were absolutely fine about it and kept us on their books anyway. A year later we wanted to sell and went back to them. They sold our flat above asking price, and were friendly, helpful, consistent and reliable throughout, and always had the time to chat and resolve any issues I was having. A brilliant service from an excellent company, I would definitely do business with them again and would recommend them above any other estate agents I have worked with.

OMG. Sold in 6 days. Claire and Chris and all the staff at the Pontcanna office are professional, courteous, and excellent at what they do.. I cannot recomend then highly enough.

Very friendly staff. A bit of a communication problem at the start (wasn’t responded to when I first put an offer in), but once Cat took over the communication side of things everything ran smoothly their end. Happy with the process so far and they’ve put me at ease with everything since I’m a first time buyer :)

Disgusting company with inept staff. Clearly ignoring basic health and safety in their properties (black mould and fire hazards). If you rent from them - be sure to photograph and document everything in the property because they have repeatedly lied in our check out report. Secondly, educate yourself on your rights as a tenant and familiarise yourself with environmental health and rent smart Wales for when you may have to report them. They will collaborate with land lords in taking as much as they can from you so be extremely fussy about property condition and gather evidence.

We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Moginie James Pontcanna. From Chris our initial sales contact through the negotiation and sales progression teams they have professional and knowledgeable staff who were able to help and reassure us during the process. We were moving through the lockdown period which was especially challenging and protracted but Office Manager Cat was on hand to make sure we completed successfully. A great job and thanks to all.
