Fantastic service, flowers were absolutely beautiful and she got my personal request for a flower spray spot on with the colours, shape and just what I had imagined. Delivery on time. Also the correspondence was very quick if I had any questions they were answered within the hour even out of normal working hours! Really really brilliant service recommend to anyone wanting flowers for any occasions. I will be returning if I’m in need of more flowers! Big big thank you for the perfect flowers!
The service I received was excellent! Upon ordering a flower delivery, i needed to change the delivery date. Carla was extremely happy to move the delivery, keeping me updated and sending me photos of the exact bouquet before it was sent to the recipient. I ordered flowers and a balloon for my sister who has just had her first baby. As I’m living in Asia I searched online for local florists and Carla’s website was by far the most appealing.
The service provided was excellent - despite the time difference the communication regarding my order was timely and helpful suggestions were given.
