Had my ears pierced here £50 out of my bank and I had plane titanium studs and the 'aftercare solution' (water) then realised I could of gone to f.hinds for £15 a proper jewler and asked there opinion on my earnings and was told one was to far up to get my second done it would look odd. I was also told the place is disgustingly overpriced and you pay for piercing and the solution.

Absolute Joke!! my 7 year old had her ears pierced, which was very expensive! she picked 2 small diamond stud earrings. A few hours later the diamond of one of them fell out, travelled back down the next morning, for a refund, and was told i could either wait for a minimum of three weeks to have a replacement because her ears were freshly pierced, or they can remove the earrings and let the ears heal and have them re-pierced in 7 days, because they needed the earrings back to give a refund! Absolutely ridiculous!! after a back and forth for 30 mins and numerous phone calls i managed to get a partial refund. Now My daughter has the luxury of walking around the next couple of weeks with odd earrings. Thank you claire's accessories!!

My daughter had her ears pierced. The staff were very good in easing any doubts or fears that she had. Very good service.
