Lovely independent jewellers. Bought a couple of gold chains for my other half and have always been spot on. Had an old watch that needed repaired. Although he couldn’t do it himself he was very helpful in recommending a jewellers in Caerphilly.

Came to this bloke for a Christmas present. The sign said open and the door was open even though it was a buzz in system.. When I entered he came out from the back and told me they were closed. I said sorry the sign said open and he just replied you have to leave. I asked when would be a better time to come back he said there won't now please leave

This man is a racist... I am Indian and he refused to serve "people like me" and also refused to explain what he meant by that... I needed help with getting an estimated ring size for an engagement ring I found online that was perfect and that he had no similar options for... He was rude from the start when I walked in offered no I store options and made me feel unwelcome from the start... When he wouldn't give me any options in store and I asked if he offered a sizing service he then told me people like me are not welcome here.... Will never attempt to shop here again....

Made me feel very uncomfortable and like I was not wanted in the shop. The man gave off a very hostile vibe will not shop here again

I called to ask about engraving a watch for Christmas for my husband. The call was disconnected (or so I thought) when I called and said sorry we were disconnected and asked again about the watch... He just said you didn't buy it here did you? I said no I didn't. He said don't call again and hung up.
